Welcome to Book Trailers TV (booktrailers.tv), a cinematic book trailer production service operated by NexFrame Studios (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging our services, you (“you,” “your,” “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Book Trailers TV produces cinematic book trailers based on manuscripts, book covers, and related materials provided by the Client. Our services include the production of video trailers in various lengths, formats, and resolutions as described in our published package offerings. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our service offerings, packages, and pricing at any time without prior notice.
Orders may be placed through our website, via email, or through other channels as made available by us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the authority to engage our services and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. The price in effect at the time of your order is the price that applies to your purchase. Publisher partnership pricing is available exclusively to qualifying publishers as outlined in separate agreements.
Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of completed work until full payment has been received. Late payments may incur additional fees at our discretion.
To begin production, the Client must provide all required materials as specified at the time of order. Required materials include, at minimum:
Optional materials may include a publisher or author logo (PNG with transparent background) and brand guidelines or style guide. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late submission of required materials.
Unless the Client selects an alternative option at the time of order, all creative decisions—including concept direction, scene selection, visual style, and editorial approach—are made at the sole discretion of the production team based on the manuscript content and genre. If the Client opts to receive concept directions for review, we will provide up to three concepts for selection before production begins.
Estimated delivery times are provided for each package and begin from the date all required materials are received in full. Lead times are estimates and not guarantees. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines but shall not be liable for delays beyond our control.
Each trailer includes a discreet production credit ("Produced by Book Trailers TV") in the end card section of the video. Clients may remove all studio branding by purchasing the White Label Delivery add-on ($49). Alternatively, the production credit may be replaced with the Client's own publishing imprint or author logo upon request.
Completed trailers are delivered via a secure download link in the formats and resolutions specified by the Client’s selected package. Download links remain active for a reasonable period. It is the Client’s responsibility to download and store all deliverables.
The Client has fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery to review the completed trailers and submit feedback or revision requests. If no feedback is received within seven (7) calendar days, the trailers are deemed final and the project is considered completed.
Each package includes one (1) minor revision, defined as changes to on-screen text overlay and/or narrator voiceover only. Major revisions—including reworking scenes, generating new visual content, or replacing background music—are available at an additional fee as published in our package pricing. Revisions must be requested within the review period described in Section 4.2.
The Client retains all intellectual property rights in the materials provided to us, including but not limited to the manuscript, book cover, and logo. By providing these materials, the Client grants us a limited, non-exclusive license to use them solely for the purpose of producing the commissioned trailers.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, display, and reproduce the completed trailers for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, social media, retail placement, and public exhibition. There are no licensing restrictions, no watermarks, and no recurring fees.
We reserve the right to use completed trailers, or portions thereof, in our portfolio, showreel, marketing materials, and promotional content unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to the start of production. Such use shall be limited to showcasing our capabilities and shall not imply any endorsement by the Client.
All music, voiceover, visual elements, and other creative assets incorporated into the trailers are either originally produced by us, properly licensed, or used under applicable legal permissions. We warrant that the completed trailers, as delivered, do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights to the best of our knowledge.
The Client may cancel an order by providing written notice via email. Cancellations received within twenty-four (24) hours of payment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours after payment are eligible for a 50% refund, as initial research and planning commence immediately upon order receipt. After forty-eight (48) hours, production is deemed to have commenced and no refund is issued. All refunds are processed via PayPal to the original payment method.
Due to the custom nature of our services, no refunds are issued after trailers have been delivered. The revision process described in Section 4.3 is the exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the delivered work.
We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the project falls outside our content fit guidelines, that the Client has provided materially inaccurate information, or that continuing the engagement would be impractical or inappropriate.
Our services are designed for cinematic storytelling with clear visual stakes and strong mood. We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our production capabilities, including but not limited to:
Content fit is assessed at our sole discretion. If a project is declined, the Client will receive a full refund of any payments made.
By placing an order, the Client represents and warrants that:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexFrame Studios and Book Trailers TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or damage to reputation.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We treat all Client materials—including manuscripts, book covers, and related information—as confidential. We will not share, distribute, sell, or disclose Client materials to any third party except as required to perform the contracted services or as required by law. This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of the engagement.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree to an alternative resolution method.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our website or services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms of Service, together with any order confirmations, invoices, and supplementary agreements executed between the parties, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and NexFrame Studios / Book Trailers TV with respect to the subject matter hereof. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.
